NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2022 in Case No. 21-CC-020433, of the County Court of the 13 Judicial Circuit in and for Tampa, Florida, in which PARK LAKE AT PARSONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.. is the Plaintiff and All Unknown Heirs, Spouses, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Claimants by and through under or against Unknown Spouse of Juan Palcios Del Valle. Unknown Tenants, Juan C. Palacios Del Valle are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on December 5, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 319, OF PARK LAKE AT PARSONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16007, AT PAGE 1415, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
