Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Environmental Resource permit application number 845247 from Stingray Chevrolet, 2002 N. Frontage Rd., Plant City FL, 33563, Hillsborough County folio number 203856-5900. Application received: May 4, 2022. Proposed activity: development of approximately 7.88 acres includes a 51,280 SF Autobody Repair Shop, sidewalks, vehicular use areas and other miscellaneous impervious areas. The existing site has a conveyance ditch that runs south to north which is a designated wetland and a 100 Year flood zone. Project name: Stingray Chevrolet Collision Center. Project size: 7.88 acres. Location: Section(s) 22, Township 28 S, Range 22 E, in Hillsborough County. Outstanding Florida Water: no. Aquatic preserve: no. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at 7601 U.S. Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637 or through the “Application & Permit Search Tools” function on the District's website at www.watermatters.org/permits/. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
