NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 23rd day of June 2022, in Case No : 2021-CA-008555-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR PNPMS TRUST II, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LEON B. FOLLINS, DECEASED; LOURDES D. FOLLINS; NORTHLAKE PARK AT LAKE NONA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of November 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
