Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 22-3364-CO-042, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
APARTMENT NO. 407, BUILDING NO. 2, REDINGTON TOWERS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4239, PAGES 276 THROUGH 328, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, DECEMBER 29, 2022. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
