NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit F-105, of THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14128, Page 301, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2500 Winding Creek Boulevard, #F-105, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 3, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
