NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on October 10, 2022 in Civil Case No. 18-005049-CI , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., QUEST TRUST 2003-X2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-X2 is the Plaintiff, and DEL M. ELKIN A/K/A DEL MARCUS ELKIN and CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 29, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95, CALEDONIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
