MIKKELSON; LAURA S. MIKKELSON; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ RECOVERY TRUST are the Defendant(s).
