NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered October 17, 2022, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9B, WEDGE WOOD OF PALM HARBOR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, pages 21, 22 and 23, inclusive, Public Record of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of November, 2022.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
