NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of June, 2022, in Civil Action No. 2021-CA-2252, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which BRUCE E. DILEGO, SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A CHRISTOPHER DILEGO, are the Defendants, and STERLING LAKES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of December, 2022, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 6104, Building 6, sterling lakes i, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3157, Page 3028, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
