NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of October 2022, entered in Civil Case No. 2022-CC-645 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of December 2022, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, First Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week 38 in Condominium Parcel 6 of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 959 at Page
1957, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
