IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA

CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC.,
a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, v.
DAVID CASEY; MORGAN CASEY; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and
UNKNOWN TENANTS #1 and #2, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 10, 2022 and entered in Case No. 22-101-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff; and the above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of September, 2022, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, LAKE EMMA SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 20, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
