NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18000517CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein, AMERICAN ADVISORS GROUP, Plaintiff, and, RICHARD F. DOMINEK, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of October, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 74, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 ON PAGES 48A THROUGH 48G, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
