TO: MARY BOSTIC-FITZGERALD, whose last known address stated 302 IRVING ROAD, RANDOLPH, MA, 02368 (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”); and the respective unknown successor trustees, spouses, beneficiaries, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other parties claiming by, through, under, or against Defendant, who is dead or not known to be dead or alive, and other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the real property which constitutes the subject matter of this action, or otherwise as the case may be.

Lot 2, Block 1949 of Port Charlotte Subdivision Section 60, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 74A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Parcel ID: 402119359004
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Rostyslav Sipakov, a single member and an authorized person for STAKEHOLDER ASSETS MANAGEMENT LLC, whose mailing address is PO BOX 310772, Miami, FL, 33231-0772 on or before the 6th day of October, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on the Plaintiff(s) or immediately thereafter otherwise a Default and Judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
