YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to Partition Heirs Property, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Complaint for Partition upon Paul Blucher, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, Bobby Mays, at 7300 Delainey Court, Sarasota, Florida 34240 on or before 10/5/2022 and file the original with the Manatee County Clerk of Court at 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, before service on Plaintiff or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
The action is asking the court to decide how the following real property should be divided:
1913 Tallevast Road, Tallevast, Florida 34270, the legal description of which is: BEG AT SW COR OF SW1/4 SEC 30, RUN E ALG CENTER LINE OF TALLEVAST RD 1998.43 FT TO PT IN CENTER LINE OF RD FOR POB, THEN TURN AN ANGLE OF 90 DEG 2 MIN TO LEFT & RUN IN NLY DIREC 1332 FT, E AT ANGLE OF 90 DEG 2 MIN 163.5 FT, THEN TURN AN ANGLE OF 89 DEG 58 MIN TO THE RIGHT & RUN IN SLY DIREC 1332 FT TO POINT IN CENTER OF RD THEN TURN AN ANGLE OF 90 DEG 2 MIN TO THE RIGHT & IN A WLY DIREC 163.5 FT TO POB, LESS RD R/W & LESS PARCEL IN SW COR DESC IN ORB 21, P 229 P-20 PI#19890.0000/3.
