NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2014CA004798AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LUCIA DIEGO_ENCARNACION; LUIS PEREZ; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; North Orange Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1 N/K/A Cindy Garcia; Tenant #2 N/K/A Luis Perez; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of September, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, NORTH ORANGE ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 96 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
