NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy Butterfield Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
Lot 12, Block A, VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 159, Page(s) 30 through 32, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on September 21. 2022.
