BUTLER A/K/A TERRANCE BUTLER; CRYSTAL M. CULMER A/K/A CRYSTAL CULMER; YORKSHIRE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DWIGHT HOWARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KATERRA BUTLER are Defendants.
