NOTICE OF MEETINGS STONELAKE RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Fiscal Year 2023 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Stonelake
Ranch Community Development District, which covers the period October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, are scheduled to be held, at 1:00 P.M. on the third Tuesday, at the Lake Lodge 10820 Eagle Roost Cove, Thonotosassa, Florida 33592, on the following dates:
November 15, 2022 (Landowners' Election)
March 21, 2023
May 16, 2023 (Public Hearing)
These meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for each meeting may be obtained from the District's Management office by phoning (954) 658-4900.
These meetings may be canceled or continued to a date, time and location specified on the record at the meeting.
In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations or an interpreter to participate at these meetings should contact the District Manager at (954) 658-4900 at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1-800-955-8770, for assistance in contacting the District Office. In addition, the agenda's will be posted on the District's web site at www.stonelakeranchcdd.org.
Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
