The administration of the Estate of BETTY SUE YEATTS-WATSON, deceased, who died on June 26, 2021, is pending in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is the Honorable Vivian T. Corvo, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 430, Tampa, Florida, 33602. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the estate attorney are set forth below.
There is an action pending in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, related to the sale of the decedent's homestead property located at 1711 EAST RIVER COVE STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA, 33604, with a legal description of LOT 234 OF FERN CLIFF SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 21 AND 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, together with improvements thereon with the county Tax Identification number: Folio: 149917-0000; PIN: A-30-28-19-46T-000000-00234.0.
There is a contract pending on the property, but it cannot be executed due to one of the beneficiary's, Tatum Elise Watson, failure to respond or communicate with the real estate sales associate who was hired to list the property. The personal representative of the estate/estate attorney and the mother of Ms. Watson have attempted to contact Ms. Watson on multiple occasions without success.
Tatum Elise Watson shall have 28 days from the date of the first publication of this notice to contact either the court or the personal representative of the estate. If Tatum Elise Watson fails to do either, an order will be entered by the Court authorizing the sale of the property described above and appointing a special magistrate to execute the pending real estate contract on her behalf.
