LOT 17, CARY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
