NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of July 2022 and entered in Case No. 22-000739-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RS Lending, Inc is the Plaintiff and AFC-WEST 8040 ULMERTON ROAD LARGO FLORIDA LANDCO LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, RONALD KRIPPNER, REDSTONE, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, CITY OF LARGO, A municipal corporation, PINELLAS COUNTY, UTILITIES DEPARTMENT, MCG-FR1, LLLP, a Limited Liability Partnership, AND ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION 1 - 2, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of September 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A portion of Tract 2 in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, PINELLAS GROVES, INC., as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: From the Northeast corner of Section 12, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, run N. 88º49'10” W., along the North line of said Section 12, 989.70 feet; thence S. 00º06'40” E., 72.02 feet to the South right-of-way line of Ulmerton Road for a Point of Beginning, thence S. 89º49'10” E., 102.02 feet along said right-of-way line to the West right-of-way line of Cumberland Drive; thence S. 00º06'40” East 297.70 feet along Cumberland Park, as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence S. 89º53'20” W. 102.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 1, Block 1, to the West line of Tract 2, Pinellas Groves, Inc. as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, thence N. 00º06'40”W., 300.00 feet along said West line to the Point of Beginning.
