NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2022, and entered in 21-004711-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and LARRY CROW, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE KAIRA MCGOUGH REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 1/21/2011; BRICE ZOECKLEIN, ESQ AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF KAIRA MCGOUGH, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GREEN DOLPHIN PARK VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
