NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2022 and entered in Case No. 21-007865-CO of the County Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and Thuy Le, Coahoan Kevin Tran, Unknown Possession of the property, Coahung Tran is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 10, 2022 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 12, Less the West 21 feet and the West 28 feet of Lot 13, Block 3, NORTH EUCLID EXTENSION SUBDIVISION NO.1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 41, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
