FAISON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCOISE C. FAISON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VISTA PALMS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; VISTA PALMS CLUBHOUSE, LLC are the Defendant(s).
