POINT ON THE AFORESAID WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 2, N.33'00'00”E.,, 2.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 1683 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on NOVEMBER 1, 2022. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
