NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2022, and entered in 2022-CC-004926 of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Whitburn, LLC is the Plaintiff and Trustbiz LLC as Trustee only, under the 376 Durham Ct. Land Trust is the Defendant. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on September 22, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1494, SCOTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM II PHASE II, as further described in the certain declaration of condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5204, Page 2138, as amended in Official Records Book 5300, Pahe 1206, and according to the Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 58, Page 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
