Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 15, 2022, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 28, BLOCK 3, ORANGEWOOD HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 5, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4210 57TH AVE N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33714; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 22, 2022 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
