NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of August 2022, and entered in Case No. 51-2021-CA-001629-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MELISSA YEOMANS FELTON A/K/A MELISSA JO FELTON CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC CLERK OF COURT PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA NETWORK OF PROMISE CHURCH STATE OF FLORIDA STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ALICIA D.
