NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of August 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022CA000452CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DEANNA WYNEGAR HERB ROBIDEAU; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of October 2022, at 11:00 AM on PASCO County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
