YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title, and, in the alternative, Adverse Possession, relating to certain real property located in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
A PORTION OF Lot C, GASQUE'S SUBDIVISION, an addition to the Town of Pasco, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot C; thence run S.72'18'59”W., 45 feet along the South line of Lot C; thence N.02'07'27”E., 124 feet more or less, for the Point of Beginning; thence continue N.02'07'27”E., 33.5 feet; thence N.88'01'33”W., 109.2 feet; thence N.30'41'33”W., 90.02 feet; thence South, 158.3 feet; thence Northeasterly and parallel with the South line of said Lot C, 163.68 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
LESS and EXCEPT that portion of the property, IF ANY, lying within the South 1 Acre of Lot C, GASQUE'S SUBDIVISION, an addition to the Town of Pasco, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, as described in Official Records Book 789, Page 1058.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiffs' attorneys, LEONARD H.
