NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of November 2018, and entered in Case No : 2016-CA-008021-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5, is the Plaintiff and ELSA M. MARCHANY-LEON A/K/A ELSA MARIA MARCHANY-LEON N/K/A ELSA GARCIA; DAVID A. GARCIA A/K/A DAVID ALONZO GARCIA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ADVANCED MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS; ANDOVER POINT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of October 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
