YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a partition action has been filed against you in the above-named court on the following property in Orange County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel known as Unit No. C04-1, Building No. 11 of Windhover, a condominium, together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements of said condominium appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Windhover, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 2435, Page 581, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is Spencer M. Gledhill, Esquire of the law firm of Fassett, Anthony, & Taylor, P.A., 1325 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804 no later than 30 days from first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
