NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-00617700000 of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, whereby BE A MAN BUY LAND, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN JEROME BROWN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN JEROME BROWN AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 6, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

THE SOUTH 40 FEET THEREOF SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
