NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated July 27, 2022, and entered in Case Number: 2021-CA-000407, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SILVER LAKES OF LAKELAND HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and C. EUGENE MOSHOLDER, Individually; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF C. EUGENE MOSHOLDER, Individually; and SECRETARY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 27rd day of September, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:

Property Description: Lot 100, Block B, Silver Lakes Phase One A, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 89, Pages 44 and 45, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
