NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of September, 2022 and entered in CASE NO.: 2021 CC 005250, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Bridgeford Crossing Homeowners' Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Letude Marceus Bachard, Unknown Spouse of Letude Marceus Bachard n/k/a Smith Bachard and Michael Bachard are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on the 7th day of October, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 82, of BRIDGEFORD CROSSING, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 140, at Page(s) 10-11, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
This property is located at the street address of: 183 Lakeshore Drive, Davenport, FL 33837
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
