NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2022, and entered in 53-2022-CA-000193 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2020-3 is the Plaintiff and HUGO H. LEPE VILLATORO A/K/A HUGO H. LEPE-VILLATORO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUGO H. LEPE VILLATORO A/K/A HUGO H. LEPE-VILLATORO N/K/A BERENA CASTELLANOS; SOUTHWIND HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH LAKELAND, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
