NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 29, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2021CA002090000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and JOYCE LEE ELLERBE A/K/A JOYCE ESSARY ELLERBE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of October, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, of Fairview, Lakeland, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 1, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
