NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2021CA000985CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2018 G-CTT is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Albert G. Kieser, Deceased; Gary Kieser, Personal Representative of the Estate of Albert G. Kieser, Deceased; Gary Kieser; Karen Wallace; Beacon Woods Civic Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of October, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT, 1458, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE SEVEN, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 31 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
