Notice of meeting and public hearing on proposed Bar Code Sticker rates
The Epperson Ranch Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives public notice of a meeting of its Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) and a public hearing, to review and adopt bar code sticker rates and a registration form (the “Form and Rate Schedule”) on October 6, 2022, at 6:15 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 26640 Silver Maple Parkway, Wesley Chapel, Florida.
The Board deems it necessary to hold the above-referenced meeting and public hearing to and to conduct all necessary business properly coming before it and to review the Form and Rate Schedule and receive input on such items which are intended to provide for efficient and effective District operations and ensure the costs of procuring Bar Code Stickers by residents and renters to allow access to the community is borne by those who use the stickers.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. The District fully encourages public participation at the public hearing. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall adopt the Form and Rate Schedule as finally approved by the Board. The Florida Statutes being implemented include Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, generally, and Section 190.035, Florida Statutes, specifically, which provides legal authority for establishment of such policies and rate and fee schedules.

If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
