NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 30, 2022 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-007563, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL VORBROKER; ELLEN VORBROKER; KENNETH ALLEN SCHAUB A/K/A KEN SCHAUB; FAIRWAY RIDGE ADDITION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; EUGENE PUCKETT, JR; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on October 4, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 1 OF FAIRWAY RIDGE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
