LOT 111 OF LAKESIDE TRACT A1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
