YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 111 OF LAKESIDE TRACT A1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
