WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC1, is Plaintiff and JOHN ALLEN; PRISCELLA ALLEN A/K/A PRISCILLA ALLEN; BRANCH BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BB&T FINANCIAL FSB; W.S. BADCOCK CORPORATION; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13TH day of OCTOBER, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
