NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 7, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 21-CA-002097 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 16 day of November, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
A parcel of land being part of Lots 15 and 16, Bonita Farms #1, located in Section 35, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 27, more particularly described as follows: From the Northwest Corner of said Lot 16, run South 525 feet; thence run East 295 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 136.88 feet; thence run South 75 feet; thence run West 136.88 feet; thence run North 75 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
