NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff CALUSA TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 14th day of September, 2022, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 23, Block B, Calusa Trace Unit IX Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 74, Page(s) 18, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the CALUSA TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., at 18105 Lafayette Place, Lutz, Florida 33558 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
