NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on September 19, 2022 in Civil Case No. 15CA000615, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER L KARR A/K/A JENNIFER KARR; BRETT F KARR; THE BANK OF TAMPA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on October 28, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 6, SUGARWOOD GROVE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
