NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on September 6, 2022 in Civil Case No. 19-008402-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RS2 is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA READ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY MARTINEZ N/K/A TERESA RIVERA; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON BETHUNE; REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 27, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF LOT 53, REVISED MAP OF FOREST HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
