TO: NEELAM UPPAL, and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $1,911,305.74 U.S. Currency and Eighty-Seven (87) Gold Bars, Two (2) Silver Bars, One (1) COPPER “Trump” Bar, One (1) Silver “Trump” Bar (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about July 26, 2022, at or near 17715 Gulf Blvd., Apartment #302, Redington Shores, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2018).
