NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered August 25, 2022, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 134, VISTA VERDE WEST, UNIT II, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 6948, Page 1364, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of October, 2022.
