NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2022 entered by the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in Case No. 22-3018-CO in which UNI Trustee Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and 4837 Eagle Cove Boulevard Land Trust, By: Quest Systems, LLC, as Trustee is the Defendant.
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 11, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 03, EAGLE COVE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 102, Pages 96 through 100 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 4837 Eagle Cove Blvd, Palm Harbor, FL 34685
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
