Notice of Application

The Department announces the receipt of an application from Coastal Waste & Recycling of Central Florida, LLC for a construction/operation permit for the Coastal Twelve Materials Recovery Facility. The proposed project is to construct a new waste processing building and other site amenities at 2180 Lake Avenue SE, Largo, Florida, Pinellas County, and is subject to Department rules.

This application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest District Office, 13051 N. Telecom Parkway, Suite 101, Temple Terrace, Florida 33637-0926.
